I went to the house in Savannah to help my dad deal with the tenant who has been harassing him. He needed help making repairs so I went along with my friend. We help my dad for the weekend, and the next day I had to leave in a hurry because I was late for my job in Jacksonville. As I am leaving I start walking down the stairs and the stairs collapse. I then climb back up a ladder outside of the building to get to the front door and the ladder is rusty and falls off. I finally get back to the front porch and there is a cop in the house talking with my dad as the tenant in there is acting crazy. My dad tells me and my friend to try and pick the stairs and ladder back up before the cop leaves the house. We pick them up and they are extremely rusty.
